Q3: Are your prices flexible or fixed?
A3: No, we have retail price, wholesale price.

Q4: Do you offer any discounts or incentives?
A4: Yes, more quantity with better price.We also give Reward Points to our customers.

Q5: How do I know my Reward Points?
A5: It depends on your order amount, $1 equal 1 point. And 200 points equal $1 cash coupon, you could use it in your next order.

Q11: Do you refund or replace for defective parts?
A11: If it was our quality problems, please offer the proofs to us, we would refund or replace for you as the case.

        But now, we have special shipping way to USA, Russia and European countries, without any Import Taxies and Duties, without any Customs Issues.

Q16: Can you provide lower value invoice?
A16: Yes, we always make lower value invoice and ship parcels as gift to minimize customer's import taxes.
